How do I place an Order?

Do the following steps to successfully place an order:

  1. Click on the image of the item you wish to purchase. You will then be directed to "Your Cart" section.
  2. Click on "Continue Shopping" if you prefer to buy other items. When you are done adding your orders to the cart, please click on "Proceed to checkout".
  3. Provide us with your contact information and details of the delivery address. Click on "Continue to Shipping Method" when you are done. 
  4. Choose your preferred shipping method. Then click on "Continue to Payment Options"
  5. Key in the required details then click "Complete Order"
  6. Congratulations! Your Order is Complete!

 

What Mode of Payments do you Accept if I want to place an Order?

We Accept 4 Mode of Payments:
  1. Cash-On-Delivery
  2. Online Bank Transfer for BPI and Security Bank*
  3. Over the Counter Payment for BPI and Security Bank*
  4. Remittance via LBC, Cebuana, Mlhuillier, Western, PalawanExpress.*

What is the advantage of choosing upfront payment from COD?

Upfront Mode of Payment has several Advantage compare to COD:

  • Less waiting time for your order. 
  • Wider reach for delivery (for areas outside COD range).
  • You are not required to personally accept the order - a representative may receive the order.

     

    Do you accept returns or refunds?

    Yes, E-DIY accepts return, exchange and refund for defective items if the following conditions were met. If item has damages and/or defective upon receiving the package, the buyer/consignee must inform us the same day when it was received. Our store keeps a record of the time and date of the delivery of every shipment for verification.
    1. Item must be in its original condition with complete accessories and packaging.
    2. Item shows no sign of worn out and was not used.
    Note: If the item qualifies for return, exchange, or refund, we will send you a replacement without extra charge or offer a refund after we received the defective item.


      What is the shipment Duration after placing an Order?

      Shipment time takes 3-7 days for areas within Metro Manila and 5-10 days for provinces. For some cases it may also take a longer duration especially to remote areas.
